1. The Service
Flanör is a small, curated community platform. Membership applications are subject to operator review; approval criteria are defined by the operator.
2. Member Conduct
- Kindness and respect are required within the community.
- Spam, harassment, hate speech and discrimination are prohibited.
- Scraping, exporting or repurposing other members' data for marketing is prohibited.
- Copyrighted content may not be shared without permission.
- You must follow the safety and participation rules of each event as set by its organiser.
3. Content & Licence
Content you post (comments, messages, event descriptions) remains yours. By posting it, you grant Flanör a non-exclusive licence to display it within the community. When you delete your account, content remains under the pseudonym "Deleted Member".
4. Disclaimer
Events take place in the physical world; each event is the responsibility of its organiser. Flanör is not directly liable for damages arising out of member-to-member communication or events.
5. Termination
Memberships may be suspended or revoked for violation of community rules. You may delete your account at any time through the My data page.
6. Privacy
Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy & Data Policy.
7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be resolved in the Turkish courts.
